Junior can handle a wide range of tasks, from simple question answering to in-depth analysis of specific tasks that may involve writing code, analyzing specific multimodal material (text, video, image, sound), and generating multimodal responses. 

Your juniors will learn from their managers as they interact over time and will hone their responses based on the priorities and fundamental concerns of their manager. For example, a junior agent who works in the risk department will respond very differently to the same question compared to an agent who works for a portfolio manager.
